It is available in Grade A Golden, Grade A Dark, and Grade A Amber. Grade A Golden is lighter colored with a delicate taste. Grade A Amber is medium colored with a rich taste. It is the most popular grade. Grade A Dark is dark colored with a robust flavor. It is great for use in recipes or for those who prefer a stronger flavor.
